Maria Quintana

Maria was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico where she went to college and pursued a Business administration degree with a major in Accounting.

In 1988 she married her husband John Batista and moved to South Florida where she started buying real estate as an investment for her father's company.

In 1992 she decided to dedicate herself to the Mortgage and Real Estate business only.

Since then, she has been working with Capital Development & Investment Corp. and as of today she is a Broker Associate with a GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute.

She is extremely dedicated to her clients, organized, detailed oriented and strives to make every transaction as simple as possible whether it is a purchase, sale or a lease.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Nayarit Abreu

Naya is originally from Panama.

She has more than 16 years of experience in the South Florida Real Estate industry .

In the year 1998, she began her career in the real estate and mortgage business with Capital Development and Investment.

She worked as a loan processor in the Mortgage division and soon after she obtained her mortgage broker's license. In addition, Nayarit eventually managed the department for many years.

Nayarit is currently holding the position of Administrative Director always striving to provide excellent customer services to all her clients.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Luciana Huaman

Luciana is originally from Brazil.

She has been residing in South Florida since 1992.

Luciana started her career in real estate back in 2009 when she started working as an assistant at a Property Management Company.

After few years in the real estate business Luciana decided to further pursue her career in real estate by obtaining her Realtor license in 2014 and joining the wonderful tem at Capital Teamwork.

She has since been devoted to helping clients to buy or sell their homes.

Luciana is very passionate to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams!!! Always working closely with her clients, going above and beyond to make their experience as smooth as possible.

She is trilingual. Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
